Day out at Jackson Heights - at the America's Dog Cup fashion show - April 18, 2015

Giupetto, Gianna and I met Lynn and Dave and Baxter for a day out at an event featuring Latino American fashion and World Cup sports, sponsored by Ada Nieves.

There were also Latino dancers and a beauty pageant.

It was fun, it was the first really warm day this spring and it was sunny. A great day.

We just purchased our stroller and this was the first event we went to with the stroller and the dogs did good. You will notice many people use strollers at these events. They also supply a place to put some of your stuff.

The stroller also provided shade when we could not get out of the sun, by zipping them up.
The dogs were fine with it, and were pretty well behaved.

Giupetto and Baxter were chosen to model 2 of the Latino outfits.
Giupetto for Chile.
Baxter for Guatemala.

Easter brunch - 2014

Giupetto and Gianna were invited to our family's Easter brunch at Anthony and Laura's.
I think everyone had a great time.

The youngest granddaughter, Antonia, just loved the dogs. I can't wait until she gets a puppy of her own.
Antonia and my Gianna were both wearing frilly yellow dresses. :-)

I was so busy running after the dogs I did not take a lot of pictures, but I did put a few together.

And here is their 2nd ever Easter Egg hunt

Making of a cheese costume

I carved out the inside of the foam so it would hopefully fit around the top of the back a little better and not just sit on top.

The outfit is much to big for Giupetto, but he was a sport.

Of course, what cheese costume is not complete without a mouse:

Doggie Prom - How cute

My friend Kelly and her family went to a doggie prom. Yes, a doggie prom where they chose a King and a Queen and other prizes were awarded.

I was asked if I could make 2 outfits for 2 of her dogs, Daisy, a Papillon, and Lilly, a Jack Russel/ Chihuahua mix.

I made a pink satin and embroidered organza dress for Daisy, with matching hat, and purse, with 2 compartments, so Daisy could store her treats and poo bags. :-)
And all the girls got wrist corsages. :-))

Unfortunately Daisy had a little mishap right before the prom with her sister, so Lilly stepped in and wore Daisy's organza prom dress.
Here she is, Lilly, looking as pretty as can be. Her Mom even painted her nails pink.

Lilly was supposed to wear this Crown Princess sweater set that I made for her, also with hat, and matching purse. Here she is modeling her sweater set.

Sophie also went to the prom in this pretty feather dress:

And Rosie attended the prom as well:

There were family pics. Here is Mom, Kelly and Dad, Jim:

They elected a King:

and a Queen:

And if you want to see lots more dressed pets - here is a video at the prom:

Hope you enjoyed. I wish I could have gone with my 2. Maybe next year.

A little self promotion...

I recently recieved the cutest thank you video from a new customer, and now new friend. She then proceded to make 2 more videos of my 2 dogs - promoting my shop. She did such a great job - and the dogs are talking!! I put them together in one video for all to enjoy.

Here is my new customer Sophie in the first hat that she ordered which prompted these videos:

And here she is with her mom, Kelly, in the new St Patrick's day outfit I made for her, with matching visor:

Thanks to Sophie and Kelly for working on these videos. You did a great job.
And Happy St Patrick's Day.

Gianna's 8th Birthday - Dec 16, 2012

Hi theres. My name is Gianna, and I just had my 8th birthday.
Moms bought me a really pretty dress from my grandma Pauline on etsy. Mom says we should give the link so any one who wants a dress likes mine can buy one (but not mine because I have that one) PaulinesFashions.etsy.com

It is my favorite color blue, and although I am not usually a frilly girly girl I love all the frills on this dress. It has white lacey stuff and blue sparkly stuff, Mom says called sequints, and even the stars are sparklies.

And I got a package in the mail of these treats that look like great big bones, but they are really italian cookies called Biscotti. There were 3 in the package and I got one and Giupetto got one but even though I finished mine and Giupetto was still slowly nibbles on his, Mom wouldn't give me the last one. We had to wait a whole day and then share it!!

Thank you Grandma Pauline, for making such a pretty dress, and thank you alls for watching my birthday video.
